Privacy Policy

Your video never reaches our servers. It stays on your own computer. The browser pulls the audio out of it and sends only that, so the transcription can happen.

That is a design decision, not a marketing line — it is why the upload takes seconds, and why your footage is never stored on any server.

For the account: your email address, plus your name and photo if you sign in with Google. Passwords are held encrypted by Supabase, our authentication provider — we cannot see them.

For the work: the audio extracted from the video, the captions produced from it, the project name, and a small thumbnail image. Never the video itself.

Usage: how many minutes were transcribed each month, so the plan’s limit can be applied.

We do not collect payment details. The payment gateway handles those; all we learn is whether a payment succeeded.

The extracted audio sits in private storage under your own account, so you can re-transcribe from it if you need to.

Deleting a project deletes its audio too. Deleting the whole account removes everything.

• Supabase — accounts, sign-in and the database. Data may be stored outside India.
• Groq — speech recognition and script conversion. Audio and transcript text are sent there to be processed.
• Payment gateway — for payments. Card and UPI details go straight to them, never to us.

Beyond those, we neither sell nor share your data with anyone. There are no advertising trackers on the site.

Your audio, transcripts and captions are not used to train any AI model — not ours, not anyone else’s.

Cookies are used only to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Projects, captions and audio stay until you delete them. If you delete your account, everything is removed within 30 days.

Billing records are kept for as many years as the law requires.

At any time you can:

• Ask for your data — transcripts export straight out of the app
• Have an incorrect detail corrected
• Have your account and all its data deleted
• Stop marketing email

All traffic is over HTTPS. The database uses row-level security — meaning one user simply cannot read another’s data, whatever happens. Audio lives in private storage that only its owner can reach.

No system is 100% secure. If there is ever a data breach we will tell you within 72 hours.
